4 to 5 ears very fresh corn
1/3 cup heavy cream
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Freshly grated nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and butter a shallow 1 qt. baking dish. Shuck the corn and, using a corn creamer, scrape the pulp out of the kernels. There should be about two cups. Add the cream, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and stir well. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until corn is slightly puffed up and lightly browned across the surface. Serve immediately
