1/3 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chopped apples
1 tsp vanilla
whipped cream or ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 325 degrees
Bake 30 minutes

Grease 1 qt casserole

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. In mix bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and creamy. Add flour mixture and blend well.

Fold in apples, nuts and vanilla

Turn into baking dish and bake as above
