2-1/2c. self rising flour
1/4c. sugar
1-1/3c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
oil
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except oil and powdered sugar.
Heat oil in deep fryer to med-high. Place a small amount of mix in a funnel, holding the small end with your finger.
Release the mix into the oil a little at a time, making a funnel cake design in the fryer. Cook until light brown around the edges; turn over and cook a little longer.
Place on a paper towel to drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
