Ingredients:
1 (lg.) bag of frozen turnip greens with turnips, chopped
2 cans Great Northern beans
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable soup/dip mix
4 c. water or chicken broth
1 lb. spicy sausage, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in the Crock Pot and cook on low all day or on high for 3 hr. The beans can be drained and rinsed if you choose, but it is not necessary.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Wendy is the daughter of Nina (Hollenshead) Sanders & the step-daughter of George Sanders. She is the granddaughter of the late Ray and Fern (Prince) Hollenshead. It is really nice to come home to a hot pot of this unique soup on a cold day. I like the hot smoked sausage but you can use a milder one or Cajun sausage; any kind you like. Serve with cornbread.
