Directions:
Mix together in a large bowl. Form into bite sized balls and brown in frying pan. Put into a 9x13 pan and set to the side. Drain the pineapple chunks, saving the juice. Pour pineapple chunks over the meatballs. In a medium size sauce pan, heat the pineapple juice and water to make 1 cup along with 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. white vinegar, 2 Tbsp. soy sauce. Boil these ingredients in the sauce pan slowly adding 2 Tbsp. cornstarch and a small amount of water. Heat until thickened and pour over the meat balls. Add some green pepper slices for garnish and put in the oven at 325º for about 30 minutes. Serve over steamed rice for a yummy treat.
