1 large can of sliced peaches
1 c. of self rising flour
1 c. of sugar
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
1/4 tsp. of nutmeg
1/8 tsp. of ground cloves
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 stick of butter or margarine
1 c. of milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter in 13 x 9 in. glass dish. Pour peaches, with syrup, over butter. Mix sugar, flour, milk, vanilla and spices together and pour over peach mixture. Bake until brown and bubbly. Crust will come to top.

This is a recipe that my former Mother-in-law, Lorraine Martin, gave to me more than 30 years ago and I know she would be very proud that I am sharing it with you. Her nickname was Bear. Enjoy!!
