5 c. apples, peeled and sliced (aboutr 4-5 apples)
1 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place apples in a 2 quart glass casserole.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a mising bowl. Use a pastry blender to make the mixture crumbly. The butter should be about the size of peas.
3. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
4. Microwave on high until apples are tender and topping is bubbly, about 15 minutes. Turn dish every 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve warm.
6. OPTIONAL: Serve with whipping cream, whipped topping, or ice cream
