1 Envelope Knox Gelatin (Softened)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (undiluted)
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 c. Celery (Chopped)
1 Small Onion (Minced)
7.5 oz. can of Crab

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle envelope of Knox gelatin over 1/4 c. cold water to soften. Let sit for a few minutes to dissolve. Heat Cream of Mushroom soup. Add 8 oz. cream cheese, heat until blended. Add softened gelatin and remaining ingredients. Stir together. Pour into mold and refrigerate. Serve with crackers, vegetables or other items of your choice.
