24 oz fettucini noodles (1 1/2 boxes)
1/2 c. butter
1 (10oz) box frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1 egg
2 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 lb bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta al dente. Melt butter in large saucepan. Add spinach and bacon; saute until heated through. Add fettucini; toss to mix. Combine eggs and cream in small bowl, then pour over pasta. Add parmesan, mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Heat through (don't cook).

Can be super sized by using 3 boxes of fettucini and doubling all else.
