1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 can corn kernals(drained)
1 can creamed corn
couple pads of butter
1/4 cup whole milk or half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Crush the Ritz crackers. I put them in a ziplock and then beat the sh.. out of them.
Mix together the crushed crackers and both cans of corn. Put this mixture into an 8x8" PAM sprayed pan.
Put a few pads of butter on top and drizzle the milk over everything.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

This is probably Joe's favorite vegetable..if you call corn a veggie.
