1/2 c. each chopped sweet onion and green pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 t. white vinegar
3 T. light brown sugar
2 c. ketchup
3 T. water
1/2 t. yellow mustard
1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, then add onions and peppers. Cook until onions are clear. Drain. Add vinegar, then brown sugar (may need to add more brown sugar - coat the meat so it can carmelize a little). Stir. Add ketchup (enough so meat is well coated). Stir well. Add water, then stir in mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Let simmer for 1/2 hour.
