1 1/4 lb. sirloin, ground
3 1/2 cups diced potato
1 cup onion
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup beer
1 can beef consume
1 can diced tomato
2 T. pitted green olives
1 T. cider vinegar
1 pkg. garlic bread sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cook beef until browned and add potato, onion, and cook. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a bowl and then put in a dutch oven or large casserole. Layer garlic sticks over the top and bake 30 minutes.
