1 lb. red potato cut in wedges with salt
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. dill
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring potatoes to a boil until tender. Flatten and tenderize chicken halves. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and place over medium high heat. Melt margarine until bubbly and add chicken, browning on both sides. Sprinkle with dill after turning. Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and pour over chicken and potatoes.
