Ingredients:
Salmon fillet
Lemon-pepper or Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Select a nice size salmon fillet. Marinate, in a glass dish, for 30 minutes with a lemon pepper mixture. Use Italian dressing for a less fishy taste. Place the salmon, skin side down, on uncoated aluminum foil. Roll top and sides tightly. Place on heated grill for 8-10 minutes, no flipping is needed. When you remove from the grill, open the foil (careful, it's hot) from the top. The skin sticks to the foil so simply use a knife to seperate the fish from its skin.
