1/2 lb. Cheddar Cheese
1/2 lb. Good Ground Sausage
1/8 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese (Finely Grated)
1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk Bisquick Mix
1 pkg Pork Shake & Bake
Medium Can Jalepenos

Directions:
Directions:
To taste, leave whole or cut the jalepenos in half. Remove all seeds from jalepenos, stuff with finely grated monterey jack cheese.
Make dough with grated cheddar, bisquick mix and sausage. Pinch enough dough to wrap around stuffed jalepenos. Roll in Shake and Bake. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes, then stand back and admire.
