Ingredients:  
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
3 slices fresh bread, cubed like croutons
6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cups milk
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until done and drain well. Place in bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle bread cubes over the sausage. Beat together the eggs, mustard, milk, salt & pepper. Pour over bread & sausage. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
