Leftover rice
sugar
eggs
salt
milk
nutmeg or cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Determine quantities by how much leftover rice you have. Put rice into a saucepan and completely cover rice with milk. Add sugar to taste and 1 beaten egg per 2 c rice, a few shakes of salt and a sprinkle of spice. Cook over low heat stirring frequently until thickened.

This is very scientific so not just anybody can make it. Perhaps it should be called "Rice Pudding Not For Dummies". This is the way Grandma Haynie made it. It is really pretty good. Another one for Carl Stephen.
