1 lb. Each of Ground Beef, Pork and Veal
1 1/4 c. Bread Crumbs - Plain
2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1 Medium Onion - Diced
2 Eggs - Beaten
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Accent Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Fry diced onion in pan with butter until clear.

Make into meat balls and roll in cracker meal. Brown in oil then bake at 350º for one (1) hour in casserole dish, covered adding water to cover about half of the meat balls.

Take meat balls out and add two (2) cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup to water and heat through.

put meat balls back in casserole and keep warm.

Fresh sautéed mushrooms are also good added to the mushroom soup mixture.
