1 - 15 oz. can of pineapple tidbits, drained
1/3 cup sugar
1-2 tspns. flour
1 - 8 oz. package of shredded cheddar
6-8 Ritz crackers crushed
2 Tblspns. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 1 1/2 or 2 qt. casserole dish
Pour in drained pineapple tidbits, then mix in sugar. Sprinkle in flour, just enough thicken. Add most of the cheddar, but not the entire package. Sprinkle crushed Ritz on the top and pour melted butter or margarine.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until casserole bubbles and crackers look crispy and golden brown.
