1 lb Hot Sausage
1 lb Ground beef
1 large head of Cabbage
1 good size Onion
1 Bell Pepper
1 Tbsp Minced garlic
1 can Hot Rotel
1 can Tomatoe Paste
1 can Spicy Hot V-8 Juice
Diced Jalepanos to taste
Salt and Pepper

Brown Sausage and Ground Beef.
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and cook for a couple hours.
