8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. cayene (less if milder version is preferred)
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz) can corn, drained
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
3 green onions, chopped

Mix cream cheese, lime juice, cumin, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper until light and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Serve with corn or tortilla chips. Keeps 2-3 weeks in refrigerator.
