1 large box instant vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
small container cool whip
1 tsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Add milk to instant pudding, ignoring the directions on box, beat for 2 minutes. Set aside in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Thaw cool whip. Mix into pudding along with 1 tsp cornstarch or whipped cream stabilizer.
Spoon into cream puffs, sprinkle with conf. sugar.

This came from a colleague at Nissan. People loved the filled cream puffs which with this were easier to carry to the office. Use mother's cream puff recipe.
