8 oz Imitation or Real Crab Meat
Lite House Ranch Dressing
Basil
Dill Weed
Herbs de'Provence
1 jar Pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Dice crab meat and mix in bowl with remaining ingredients to right consistency.

This can be served as a salad or in a croissant roll as a sandwich. We used to make this at the Columbian Garden Espresso.

We never measured the amount of dressing or herbs for this recipe. Just added to taste. Used a large amount of seasonings though for color and flavor.
