6 medium apples
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup light cream
2tbls. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, syrup, cream and butter. Cook over low heat until sugar dissolves. Cook to very hard ball stage without stirring. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Dip apples into syrup.
