4 English cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1 bunch Scallions, diced (+/-)
2 c. Plain Yogurt
2c. Sour Cream
2+ lemons, juiced
Garlic Salt & Salt, to taste
4 Chicken Bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2c.hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Whirl cucumbers, scallions, and chicken broth in Vitamix blender until mostly smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until completely smooth. Serve chilled. Garnish with thin lemon slice and croutons. Serve in a cup.
