1 small beef roast
1 package Knorr Onion Soup Mix
2 packages McCormicks Au jus Mix
dash or two of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a crockpot with enought water to cover the roast. Cook all day.
Shred and serve on Hoagie Rolls with Monterey Jack Cheese. Dip in the Au jus.
