Variation: Use Velveeta cheese in place of cheddar. It melts easily.

My son, Ken, and my grandson, Walter, are particularly fond of mac and cheese! It is a staple around the kitchen whenever I don't know what else to serve them. When I use Velveeta, I eliminate Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
