Personal Notes:
This is a Belle Meade Country Club recipe. Eric and Ken worked there with Chris Sutherland. It was quite an experience. I recently had this recipe at Billy Ann Smith's house on Memorial Day 2007. Billie Ann's daughter, Connie, made it for a 4th of July celebration and my 60th birthday. I also had it at her mom's house. Connie used to work for me at Williamson Medical Center, and we have maintained our friendship. She and Ken are great friends, too.
