2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix, 2 sticks of butter, 4 eggs, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed.

Directions:
Put cornbread mix in bowl, add eggs and stir, add cottage cheese, chopped broccoli. Melt 2 sticks butter and add to the mixture and stir. Place in 9 inch skillet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Barbara made this for me when I had broken my leg and couldn't get around the kitchen. I remember it being so filling, since it's practically a whole meal in a single piece of bread! Great flavor.
