2 - 10 oz. packages of frozen spinach
2 - 8 oz. boxes feta cheese
Dash of garlic powder
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
3 eggs
1 package (1/2 box) fillo dough
1 stick of butter
9" X 14" baking pan

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the spinach per box directions. Mix feta cheese into cooked spinach on low heat. Add garlic powder to taste and mix. Add milk and bring to a boil. Add bread crumbs. Turn off heat. Add eggs while stirring until thoroughly mixed.

Melt butter. Brush melted butter onto bottom of baking pan. Use only enough to cover the bottom. Add 1/2 the fillo dough layer by layer into the baking pan while brushing on 1/2 the remaining butter.

Add the spinach mix. Spread evenly. Add the remaining fillo dough layer by layer while brushing on the rest of the butter.

Bake in a preheated oven of 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cut into pieces with a sharp knife.
