Dressing:
1/4 C rice-wine vinegar
2 T dark asian sesame oil
1 T honey
1/2 t salt
1/4 t ground black pepper

Slaw:
5 C shredded green cabbage
3 C shredded red cabbage
1/2 C thinly sliced red onion
1/4 C chopped green onion
1/4 C finely chopped cilantro leaves
1/2 t salt
1/4 t ground black pepper
1/8 t cayenne pepper
1/2 C roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing - mix all ingredients and shake

Slaw- mix all ingredients except peanuts

Combine slaw and dressing. Cover refrigerate at least 4 hours until cabbage wilts slightly. Add peanuts just before serving.
