Studies indicate that oat bran is even more beneficial than healthful wheat bran. This bread is as delicious as it is healthful.

2 lb. loaf
1 1/3 cups water (room temperature)
4 Tblspns. honey
1 1/2 tspn. salt
3/4 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/3 cup oat bran
2 ½ cups bread flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour 3/4 cup
1 ½ tspns. active dry yeast

AUTOMATIC BREAD PROGRAM
• Press SELECT to NORMAL
• Press BAKING CONTROL for LIGHT
• Press LOAF SIZE for LARGE (1 ½ or
2 lbs.)
• Press START
• After baking, press STOP Remove
bread from Bread Machine and place on
cooling rack.

I just love the smell of bread baking! The fragrance permeates the house. This is a great thing to do when you are trying to sell your house. But make it as often as you like. The preparation time is short and the machine does all the work.
