2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup lightly salted butter or margarine
¼ cup olive oil
10 ounces baby clams, canned or fresh
1 bottle of Clam Juice
2 tspns. fresh parsley chopped
1 lb. linguine, cooked

Directions:

Saute garlic, butter and olive oil until lightly brown; add clam juice and bring to simmer, 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in clams, parsley and linguine and toss lightly. Serve immediately.

This is one of Ken's favorite dishes. Grandma Angie would make it for him, then I did a few times. Now he can make it himself! He's a great cook--especially Italian! He is the one that makes the Pasta Milanesa for St. Joseph's Day. This dish is a good Friday meal during Lent.
