˝ stick butter
8 ounces heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tspn. black pepper
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté butter and garlic. Slowly add cream and stir. Add pepper and Parmesan cheese and cook slowly for 20 to 30 minutes, continuing to stir until done.

VARIATION: Add cooked chicken to sauce.

I never really liked this because it is so heavy and filling, but Eric and Shawn love it. I eat it only when tomato sauce is added to make the creamy sauce thinner.
