Personal Notes:
Talk about easy! This was a recipe I learned in my late 20s, when we first moved to Nashville. If you are in a hurry or just want something different that's nutty, fruity, and really yummy, try this one. It only takes 15 mins. or less to prepare and 1 hour to bake. Great to bring to a dinner party. By the way, if you have Fr. Mark Beckman over for dinner, leave out the coconut!
