3 eggs
3/4 cup butter or margarine(melted)
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. anise flavoring
1 tsp. lemon peel (I haven't added this ingredient)
Note: 1 tsp each flavoring per egg if you're going to
make multiple batches.

Add each ingredient separately and mix after each ingredient.
Cook on pizzelle iron.
