1 box German Choc. Cake Mix
1 stick of butter
1 can sweet condensed milk
1 bag chocolate chips
1 bag of Kraft caramels

Directions:
In a pan melt the Carmela and 1/3 c. sweet condensed milk. In a separate bowl mix 1/3 c. sweet condensed milk with cake mix and melted butter. Put half the cake mixture in greased cake pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350º. Pour caramel mixture over brownies in pan, layer 1/2 chocolate chips and then remaining cake batter followed by remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
