Personal Notes:
We used to make this often during the summer months and sometimes at Christmas, since it was green. It needs to remain overnight in the frig in order to jel.

It has a pineapple/lime flavor and the cottage cheese and cream cheese give it a good consistency.

We always had get-togethers at my Mom and Dad's house on Ronalds Lane. The picnics in the backyard were frequent and not only would we invite the family, but all the neighbors as well. Ah! The good 'ole days!!
