"Great for lunch, brunch, or hors d'oeuvres"

1 can artichoke hearts
1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese
3/4 stick pepperoni or dry sausage
3 eggs
3/4 cup grated Italian cheese
unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichokes and cut up. Cut mozzarella into cubes, cut pepperoni into thin slices. Beat eggs well with Italian cheese and add all ingredients. Use your hands to mix. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
