2 cans Black-eyed Peas, drained (I use jalapeno black eyes)
1-4 oz. jar diced Pimento, drained
2 cups diced bell peppers
1 cup diced onion
1 1/2 cups green onions
1/2 cup chopped jalapeno pepper
1 tbs. minced garlic
1-2 cups Italian dressing (Good Seasonings)
Tabasco to taste
Salt to taste

Mix well, refrigerate several hours. Overnight is best. Keeps well. Serve with Fritos Scoops corn chips. Enjoy!
