2 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
1 no. 303 can fruit cocktail
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients, add fruit and beaten eggs. Mix, then bake in 9x12 inch greased pan. Bake at 350º for 30 - 45 minutes. While cake is baking, make icing listed below or it can be served with whipped cream.
Icing
3/4 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
1 small can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup nuts
Cook all together 7 minutes or until spreading consistency. A very good moist cake easily made.
